Construction Team Activity: Tower of Life

Create new habitats for insects while boosting team spirit? That’s possible with our Tower of Life. With a base of 1.2 m x1.2m and a hight of 2.5 m, it offers plenty of space for buzzing, humming, and crawling. This sustainable team activity is not only a lot of fun, but also an extraordinary company landmark that can be placed directly on your company premises or donated to local farms or organizations. The sustainable footprint for your company.

Construction Team Activity: Summit Cross

Reach new heights through teamwork and determination. The goal is to build a summit cross together, guided by professional carpenters. Everyone gets involved—sawing, planning, and carving. The ceremonial raising of the cross, symbolizes collaboration and the achievement of shared goals. At the end, all participants can leave a personal note in the summit book, which is attached to the cross.

Construction Team Activity: Pedestrian Bridge

Paving the way to new horizons. Bridges connect - customers, colleagues, or society. They represent reaching new shores, overcoming obstacles, and building new relationships. This is the essence of "building a bridge," where participants get hands-on under expert guidance. Equipped with tools, and protective gear (custom-branded if desired), teams will plane, glue, brace, cut, and connect. Afterwards the hut can be donated to a local non-profit organisation.

The durable larch wood bench is long-lasting and resilient, withstanding all weather conditions. This allows for the creation of lasting memories and special moments of relaxation for years to come.

Kick off new endeavours together! In this unique team-building activity, participants roll up their sleeves and craft sleds, guided by expert instructors. Once completed, the sleds can be personalized with your company branding and donated to local organizations like kindergartens, spreading joy to both children and adults. It's a heartwarming way to combine teamwork, creativity, and community impact.

In times of forward-thinking transformation and change management, there’s hardly a better project than building giant observation chairs. These iconic structures serve a dual purpose: fostering teamwork through hands-on collaboration and providing a powerful symbol for gaining new perspectives.Whether placed high in the mountains or atop an urban rooftop, these chairs can be installed in various locations. After the event the chairs creating a lasting legacy. They invite teams to sit back, let their thoughts wander, and see the world from a new perspective—a reminder of the collective effort and vision that made it all possible.

Construction Team Activity: Communication Benches

Take a seat! But first, it’s time to read the instructions, put on your work gloves, grab your tools, and get to work. In this team-building event, you’ll build your own 2- or 4-seater benches under expert guidance—whether for meeting rooms, the office kitchen, or as a donation to a charitable organization. The adjustable backrest allows for a shift in perspective, while the benches can be customized with your company logo, making them a meaningful addition to your workplace or a thoughtful gift to the community.

Construction Team Activity: Wooden Puzzle Stage

Curtain up, stage is set! Together, we’ll build what belongs together. Every team member will create a piece of the stage and thus, become an integral part stage of the whole. A stunning start for any conference. The stage will continue to serve for future events and can even grow with each new team member, leaving a legacy for your company. We set the stage for your success!

Construction Team Activity: Success Tree

In this team event, tradition and corporate identity are blended. Guided by skilled carpenters and painters, participants will build a unique success tree, inspired by the Bavarian Maypole tradition. Teams will carve the tree, paint it in company colors, and secure it in a prepared foundation. Additional “guild plaques” with company goals and achievements will be attached, along with wreaths made from pine branches. The ceremonial raising of the tree will be accompanied by lively brass music and traditional dancers. The guild plaques can find a place within the company, and the wood can be reused for future projects.

With the wind in our sails, we work together to drive sustainability forward. Strengthen your team spirit by building a wind turbine that harnesses renewable energy to charge phones and other devices in an eco-friendly way.
